No, not possible. DoxyPEP is 100% effective in preventing syphilis and it is impossible you gave syphilis to your partner. On top of which kissing doesn't transmit it so soon after catching it. You did not need syphils testing at 90 days -- but the negative result is additional evidence you don't have it.

Hello, I had a 4th generation HIV test and a Syphilis RPR at 9 weeks after exposure which came back negative. I also took a 7 day course of Doxycycline starting 72hours after exposure. Would you say this result is conclusive or more tests needed?
So rpr + wr is conclusive after 7 weeks? Some doctors says 12 weeks for conclusive test. The raised ulcer/bump after 5 weeks on my lip could not be related to Syphilis ?
