Ive been losing hair for a while like a year and it got worse over time, i definitely lose more than 100 hairs per day my hair is thinner now than last year i have psoriasis too so i dont know if it makes that big of a difference?

You are rightfully concerned. See your dermatologist for eval and possible lab tests to assist in evaluation and eventual treatment of the problem. Sometimes psoriasis of the scalp can contribute to additional hair loss.
