Gentle wasch ok : Cellulitis in scalp can happen if you scratched some psoriasis leasions and bacgerial infection got in. If you are on antibiotics and lesions are healing - you can gently shower and us mild shapmoo . Use clean towel every time to dry hair. continue topical treatment as well as precribed. Follow up with dermatologist regullary . Eat healhty low carb diet and probiotics.
