You should discuss this problem with the dermatologist who treats you. By my limited knowledge about this condition, hair loss with plaque psoriasis of the scalp is reversible.

Psoriasis can impede hair growth in the areas where plaques are very thick and inflamed, but treatment of the psoriasis should thin the plaques and allow the hair to regrow. If you are losing hair in areas where there is no psoriasis, then the two problems are unrelated.
