When i was 4 years old i had tuberculosis positive yesterday after being exposed by a classmate. i am now 26 i did the recommendation treatment for tb at the time for 6 months. can it come back if you have done treatment? can it cause infertility?

The initial TB infection was treated and if would be helpful to identify the drugs used during your childhood. Did you have a positive chest x ray or was your chest x ray negative at the time. TB may recur and if you are concerned-watch for symptoms including cough, sputum production and weight loss with your PCP. A follow up TB test and chest radiograph may be indicated.
