I have a small growth on my skalp its been there for years now but recently got slightly more raised should i be concerned?

It is difficult to give the advice if we do not know how the growth looks. Give example: if the growth is a mole and it changes the shape or becomes thicker then you should see a dermatologist or at least a family doctor. Good luck.
