Change is meaningful: Skin lesions which change merit attention. Although this spot on your neck may be completely normal, the fact that you have noted change suggests the possibility of a serious condition and so you should see a doctor to be safe.

Skin lesion: you better get a biopsy of it,, see a dermatologist or your primary physician
