Went to heart doc and seen an intern. did a ekg. my vitals were great 122 over 78 and 76 pulse. he said on the ekg showed little enlarged right side heart but not worried about it. what does that even mean? i did gain 25 pounds not sure thats y?

The EKG pattern in a young man may be mistaken with mild right ventricular hypertrophy ("little enlarged right side heart"). However, your medical history and heart exam are also important for a correct interpretation. What's the reason for a 38 year old man to see a cardiologist? Patient with obstructive sleep apnea & obesity or valve disease of the right side may present with enlarged R heart.
