Ive been having a headache since early march of 2020, my symptoms are worsening;dizziness, nausea, forgetfulness and a consistent pain behind my eye.i took blood tests and they came out fine however i was told about me having a pale optic nerve?

A pale optic nerve could represent congenital optic atrophy, or prior optic neuritis, but does not relate to your chronic daily headaches. Certainly, an ophthalmologist could assess the eye, but you likely need a neurologist to provide a preventative medication to break up your headache pattern.
