I have been having dizzy spells for these past 2years that i can remember it's on and off but now it's more frequent. i have a history of severe sinus that yrs back when i was 14 caused me to have lots of dizziness and headaches. just scared of what?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may wish to try steam inhalations to "clear" the sinuses, if that does not help, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
