I would have to ask a vascular surgeon to analyze this data as it appears that your peak systolic flow indicates at least a 50% blockage but the end diastolic velocity is normal. I'm not confident in my interpretation. I wish the interpreter of your ultrasound gave a conclusion or a more thorough discussion of the findings.
