There are no national policies on this in the US and probably not in Vietnam. Time to result depends entirely on how quickly the specimen arrives at the lab, whether the lab runs tests immediately or in batches when enough specimens are available (more efficient), and how quickly it reports the results. These can be highly variable from one lab to the next. In the US, it's often only a few hours.
