MS treatments are improving rapidly and there are now more treatments for the disease than ever, some infusions and quite a few that can delay the advancing symptoms of the disease. Would seek out a specialist on MS - usually neurologists who have a keen interest in the disease.

Agree with a second opinion, as 25-30% of patients diagnosed with MS have a different condition. If indeed this is clinically definite MS, a host of pills are available, infusion therapies are very effective, aerobic exercise and Meditteranean diets are employed and most do very well if given high-efficacy disease-modifying agents. Find an expert MS-focused neurologist.
