No absolute contraindication but this combination may exacerbate drowsiness, dizziness, difficulty in concentration. You should not drive and operate machinery after taking them. It is safe if you take at bed time. By the way, diazepam dose is 5 mg not 0.5 mg and this medication can have addictive effect. Good luck.

Its OK for you already took it. But pl do not mix medicines and always take them as per instructions and not per your wishes
