I had an ekg at a physical. i am 32. i have sinus rhythm, normal p axis v-rate 60-99. t0an. borderline t abnormalities, anterior leads t flat or neg v2-v4. the doctor wasn't concerned because i guess i had some in the past. what could cause them?

I am not sure what "TOAN" stands for. T wave abnormalities in the anterior precordial leads is common and may be due to incorrect electrode position or may be a non-specific finding of unclear significance. Computer reading of ECGs, (sometimes human reading) complicate the issue by not pointing out that this finding may be of no significance in the absence of clinical findings. Agree with your Dr.
