Got results from biopsy and i have no idea what it means. duodenal bulb biopsy- mucosa with normal villous architecture chronic non specific duodenitis, focal gastric metaplasia and reactive changes?

All of those long words can be understood by searching on line, there are some abnormal changes in the tissues they took for examination and your doctor may decide to medicate, make further tests or do surgery. You should ask about that to put your mind at rest immediately.

Most importantly, there is no cancer. The changes may be from excessive acid in stomach. Your doctor can prescribe medication to control that.
