Hey, i'm diagnosed for a dentigerous cyct which has pushed my upper wisdom tooth just close or maybe inside the sinus. is it neccesery to have a surgery? i have no pain at all and the lesion was accidently discoverd by the radiologist. thanks?

Old Wives Tale, if there's no pain it isn't a problem. Probability is that cyst will continue to enlarge, causing further a atomic degradation. See an Oral Surgeon for evaluation. Better to treat a small problem than an extensive one.

You don't want any tooth to enter your sinus. The cyst as well as the tooth should be removed by an oral surgeon in order to prevent future problems. No pain now but later you could develop an infection and some pain.
