It is possible that some OTC products /Supplements might be affecting these enzymes. Low grade Inflammation from other causes might also be responsible. The oily diarrhea is suggestive digestive enzyme issue. At this time best to see Gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and management.

Mid 20s, amylase 156 and lipase 152, a few years of recurrent diarrea. No upper abdominal pain. Mildly low b12. No celiac or IBD. Never drank. Is this concerning for chronic pancreatitis or would this be very unlikely given age/symptoms??
