I started fragmin on friday and now im feeling nauseous, dizzy, tired, have headaches and minor bruising around the injection sites with stomach pain. is this normal? what should i do? im doing injections twice a day?

Those are know side effects of fragmin, from common (bruise at injection site) to uncommon (headache, dizziness, etc.). Discuss with your doctor if the uncommon systemic symptoms (headache, dizziness, stomach pain ...) becomes intolerable. Good luck.
