Need work up: The following should be checked: 1) neurological examination, including for orthostatic hypotension. 2) labs, to include pt/ptt, cbc, comprehensive metabolic panel, tsh, ft3, ft4, ha1c, esr. 3) if no answers, then consider acth, 24 hour urine for free cortisol (measured micrograms/grams creatinine - normal 13-65). Also, consider lh and fsh, prolactin, gh, igf-1.
