There are no medications of any kind, nor any medical conditions, that change the reliability of the modern HIV blood tests, in particular the AgAb ("4th generation") and HIV RNA tests. Your negative test result proves you do not have HIV, regardless of these or any other drugs or medical conditions you may have. No worries!
