Sometimes i feel like theres a lump in my superasternal notch, and is sore and inflamed sometimes. it gets a bit worse after eating sometimes. i hear gurgling noises in my throat after burping. my blood test came out okay?

You may have an esophageal motility disorder or a degree of esophageal inflammation or possible eosinophilic esophagitis. A blood test won't shed any light on these disorders. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.
