No worries. : You don't have a disease that needs to be cured, your ECG is normal for you. You definitely do not need an angiography based on that ECG.

Electrical issue: Bifascicular block is not necessarily associated with coronary artery disease, and, in the absence of symptoms, I would not typically recommend an angiogram.

Posterior fascicular: You need to have a discussion about this problem with your Dr. Left posterior fascicular block implies more extensive problem than anterior fascicular block. The problem is 'electrical' but the substrate may be anatomic disease. Angiography is not necessarily indicated and isn't likely to cure it, it could possibly demonstrate the underlying causation.
