What's the best way to treat a kidney infection from a uti?

Kidney infection or pyelonephritis is an UPPER Urinary Tract Infection which is treated with antibiotic. We can treat with 7 day oral antibiotic in mild case. In moderate to severe case, antibiotic should be given IV in the first couple days then it can be switched to oral route.
