I am 33years old female.. i have been suffering from heartburn and pains in the middle of my chest with pains under rib cage on the right hand side that gose into my right shoulder.. g-scope, xrays, bloods and ultrasound are all clear. ppi don't work?

You have been thoroughly worked up and the evaluation was quite extensive. Please continue to follow with your GI doctor and you may request a second opinion at an academic center if the current GI doctor gives up. Good luck.
