Ulnar nerve Sx: It is most likely that ur gerd is giving you the chest pain rather than your ulnar nerve. Patients w/ulnar nerve compression can have pain, numbness, tingling, cold hands/arms, neck ; shoulder pain; just about any symptom from the fingertips to the neck, but not chest pain. A good way to find out is to have a physician block (numb up) your ulnar nerve and see what sx go away.
