I have a bad fissure but a wierd shape, 3oclock position of my bottom. google says its in an atypical position. i dont have crohns or uc, no stis. does this mean it could be cancer? lost 10lb in 3 weeks, very tired too. what should i look out for?

Have you been applying warm water compresses? If you're experiencing increasing pain instead of gradually improving, A perianal abscess is a possibility. I doubt any malignancy here. For best care & follow-up, I recommend consulting a proctologist or a colorectal surgeon.
