I have noticed that my 1 year old has small little bumps on her body. she is a melanated baby. only areas i see now that are very dry dark spots with dry scab like feel is around creases of wrists, ankle. eczema? should i try a cream?

Best thing to do is visit your dermatologist for eval and appropriate treatment of your child. Sometimes a viral entity called molluscum can present like this. Without a pic, it's difficult to confirm that.
