Healthy 34m, noticing sharp pains in upper abdomen between rib cage, only when bending forwards, or applying a bit too much pressure when blowing nose or passing gas. there seems to be an unusual protruding tenderness when opening up the chest area. ?

Pain : I hope if this is a hiatus hernia. This is when a portion fo the stomach goes above the diaphragm. There are other possibilities, so you should see a doctor in person
