A normal hymen is a membrane covering the entry to the vagina but can let mensuration and also air thru. Queefing can occur with straining and exercise and does not mean it is torn or stretched. Whether it bleeds or not when you first have sex depends how loosly or firmly it is attached and the degree of force of the sex. So no worries
