Vaginal "bubble": At age 52, there is more pelvic relaxation secondary to decreased estrogen levels. Vaginal delivery can predispose to this as well. The vagina opens a little , admitting air , and is noticeable after bending down to wipe. This is normal at this point in one's life, but if extreme can lead to incontinence eventually. See your provider for an examination.
