Discomfort when urinating a few hours after cystoscopy, or maybe a day or two, is expected. But 5 days probably is too long. You might have a urinary tract infection. Contact the urologist's office ASAP. Good luck.

This can happen sometime- specially if some additional procedure was done. OTC Azo can help. If it persists pl see the Urologost who did the csto. Hope you feel better
