Do your hands change color when they become cold? If not, then it is not likely to be Raynaud’s disease. Are there any other symptoms associated with it? If not, then it is unlikely to be anything concerning. You can have your doctor check it if you are concerned or if you have associated symptoms, like pain, numbness, etc. Good luck!

If your hands are cold & clammy, this hyperhidrosis is caused by overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system and, in my experience, anxiety often plays a role. This is different from the dry cold hands, feet, tip of nose seen with simple cold intolerance which is usually a lifelong tendency in some people. They're cold when others in the room are comfortable.
