Cold feet: Yes cold hand and feet are normal. The normal circulation adjustments take a while to mature. Sometimes the arms and legs look mottled too. It will be worse in hot and cold temperatures. The Hans and feet maybe a dusky color too. If the duskiness is in the face that is not normal and a doctor visit is in order.
