I have anxiety and getting ice cold hands and shortly after i get hot flashes. is it normal when i get hot flashes to have a body temp of 37.3 armpit (99.1)?seems like a low grade fever but blood tests are ok for autoimmune, cbc,thyroid,inflammation

Reynauds: reaction, peripheral vascular spasms is a cold sensitivity, that causes a very unpleasant reaction as you are experiencing. Get checked for insulin resistance, as this can cause this reaction to be worse.
