Your look should not affect your quality for a job so you should not be intimidated by that. I believe all doctors in this forum would agree with me. So just apply for the job and prove yourself with your capacity, not how your look especially just the shape of your head. Take care.

There are craniofacial centers in the US where teams of surgeons can reshape a skull. Most insures don't cover it in adults. It involves cutting the skull into pieces and rearranging them. Significant risk, cost and time in the ICU/hospital. If you are set on this idea contact a center and go for a consult.
