It's definitely not normal to feel testicular pain while pumping. I'm not aware of a spermatocele causing this symptom. I strongly recommend that you consult a urologist for evaluation & advice.

The commonest cause of this problem an improper positioning. So pl make sure that is correct. Spermatoceles are painless
