I don't drink carbonated drinks , eat slow and a eat normal portions but i still get bloated and feel stuffy after eating or even without eating, today i woke up looking like i was 6 months pregnant but i'm not, what could be the reason?

You probably need to check your diet and reduce the carbohydrate amount. The fermentable part of your meal is acted on by bacteria in your bowel to create the gas, so you do not have to drink carbonated beverages to have bloating. You may want to increase vegetables in your diet and regular exercises help in expelling the gas too.
