Might be: See a gastroenterologist and provide a full history and be examined and possibly endoscoped. Cannot diagnose this over the internet.

Bloating, flatus: Any stomach or esophagus pain/burning? Many foods can cause gas: dairy products (if u lack lactase enzyme to digest them well); carbonated drinks (pop/sparkling water); beans, peanuts; broccoli/cabbage/cauliflower family of veggies. There r otc meds for each of these, but should see doc 2 b checked for ulcers or reflux.
