Had ultrasound yesterday, fetus measuring at 5 weeks 6 days but i'm supposed to be10 weeks 1 day. is it safe to have it inside me for this long? pregnancy levels increased confirmed by blood test. have had bad headache since last night and tired?

An ultrasound is accurate to determine fetal age, and the usual cause for the discrepancy in age of your pregnancy is the delay in ovulation when conception occurred. Stress (emotional, job or school, etc.) can postpone ovulation, which would make your pregnancy measurements consistent with the delay in ovulation.
