See a dentist: A foul odor from the mouth could be from gum disease, cavities or it could be from your digestive tract. Also, make sure when you brush and floss that you also scrape your tongue. If a dentist does not find any dental reason for the odor than see your primary care dr. It could also be from the foods you eat so evaluate that as well. Coffee and smoking cause bad breathe. As does onions and garlic.

Better hygiene: Bad breath causes: poor oral hygiene, diet choices, underlying medical conditions, etc. Focus on the cause rather than on a prescription to "fix" it. Practice good oral hygiene, brush and floss, visit your dentist and get your teeth professionally cleaned, avoid "smelly" foods -onions, garlic; drink plenty of water. If it persists, visit your physician for a medical check up.

Rx to DDS!: Unfortunately what you want &what is possible may be very different. My prescription is for you to see a dentist who can determine what is causing your foul mouth &what can be done to get rid of it. There are many causes, both of dental &medical origin. Once you know the cause, you know the cure. Too many people look for easy & quick answers to their problems. Sometime there is & sometimes not.
