Those symptoms, where they involve all extremities, are characteristic of peripheral neuropathy. An EMG test could be diagnostic. Calcium,magnesium, Vit B12 deficiencies are other possible causes of these symptoms. See your physician or a neurologist for evaluation&appropriate testing. Alcohol abstinence is mandatory. See a specialist in substance abuse or consider a detox unit for withdrawal help
