How much supps. ?: You keep saying you are "overdosing" on vitamins but don't say what supplements & quantity you are taking. It is impossible to overdose on vitamins from juice but certainly possible from supplements. Neuropathy can be caused by taking 500 mg of b6/day for months though rarely by as little as 200 mg/day (which is still a lot). Hopefully you haven't taken that much. It is usually reversible.

I am not sure: You need to divulge a physician the name of the pill you took so that the levels of the different vitamins possible minerals in each pill should be clear. Than if necessary blood levels should be measured. Vit c should not cause major problems but vit a and d could. If needed a neurologist should be consulted too to r/o neuropathy. Hope you stopped taking them. Not needed!

Stop the vitamins: Vitamin overdoses can cause many symptoms including those you described. However you should see a doctor to determine if there is any other cause of your symptoms. If it is due to a vitamin over dose the symptoms usually resolve when the vitamin levels return to normal.

Taking vitamins: Even in large doses does not do harm. Minerals have a much lower dose window. Look to other causes.
