My stomach feels bloated and i sometimes have a dull pain towards the right side of the middle of my stomach, alternating each occasion between front and back, with periodic muscle spasms at my triceps/shoulder. what could be the cause of this?

Sometimes true right upper quadrant problems can irritate the diaphragm just above it, which can refer discomfort to the shoulder. They may order an ultrasound if appropriate. Write down the foods you eat, the time you eat them, and when symptoms occur. Do this for 1-2 days. Your provider can review this
