Triceps muscle ...: Your symptoms suggest a triceps muscle injury. Triceps' ruptures off the elbow are rare and easily diagnosed.Try taking Ibuprofen for a week and avoid triceps work ( do a legs or lower body workout w/ aerobic work) while the muscle strain heals( generally 4-6 wks.). If no improvement see a board certified ors for evaluation... Good luck!
