Eczema swelling: Some autoimmune diseases, of which eczema is classified, can lead to excessive swelling of the lower extremities. I often do not see much swelling with eczema in general though. Often times, other autoimmune issues may be at work and should be evaluated. If you have any other medical issues, such as heart or lung, these may contribute to swelling, as well.
