When the plane is descending before it lands. i have really severe pain in my forehead and behind eyebrows. it hurts the rest of day and i have a headache the next day, then i have blood in my phlegm for a week. how can i prevent this?

It is unfortunate this happens. pain can be explained on the basis on your systems inability to adjust to the change of pressure during landing. Blood in phlegm is difficult to explain. Best is to see an ENT doc for exam and individualized suggestions. Sometimes earplugs or chewing gum helps. Hope things work out
