I fell into a corner of a table and hit behind my ear...there's now a indentation with some blood but my head hurts...what should i do?

You should go to the nearest emergency room to have this evaluated. The headache could be a sign of a more serious injury and this needs to be evaluated. You likely need a CT scan of your head to be certain there is not a more serious injury, like bleeding either around the brain or inside the brain.
