Hi doctor..my b/p is low in the mornings (125/80)but high(155/90) in evening.im on canesartan 24mg. i wonder if i should just average it out over 24 hours and not worry about the evening peaks. many thanks..mike?

No, blood pressure should be in the acceptable range through out 24 hours and you should not average 2 numbers AM and PM. If that blood pressure pattern persists almost everyday then you medication needs to be adjusted, just to make sure blood pressure remains below 135/80 most of the time. Good luck.

Your evening blood pressure readings are a concern. This pattern could indicate mild fluid retention driving the late day high readings. I would consider adding low dose hydrochlorothiazide in the morning, perhaps 12.5 or 25 mg. Good luck!
