It sounds like you may have thrush. You should see your doctor to confirm that it is thrush and if so, have it treated. Thrush can be a sign of immunosuppression but there are other things that can cause thrush, like certain medications, for example. If you are concerned about HIV, your doctor can test you to rule it out. Good luck!
